Staying Connected

TRUST! Trust is the soil for deep authentic connections. Trust is comprised of honesty, respect and communication. It takes effort and energy to communicate in ways that keep the relationship on the same path. How many times have you lost a real friendship just because you failed to stay in touch or because you were too scared to communicate your truth… from your heart?

One of our basic needs as human beings is to know we belong. We all need to be seen, heard, felt and understood. It is our connections that help us reflect who we are and what we can do. Without healthy relationships we feel very alone, sad and depressed. Do you know that good relationships are one of the most important ways we contribute to our health and wellbeing?

As a life coach, I am fortunate to have been given the gift of trust. No matter where I go, throughout my lifetime, others have sought me out to confide their deepest secrets and to ask for guidance. When I was young I would often get caught up in trying to solve other people’s problems for them…today, through the process of spiritual life coaching, I guide you to seek the answers within. You come to your own truth and understanding, not someone else’s version. It is from here that you know how to share yourself fully with others and to be present to be there for them.
