My work is about witnessing another in their divinity and seeing all of their possibilities for growth and change.

Often we become transfixed on a limited and often negative perspective of ourselves; it is often very difficult, if not impossible to progress alone. That's where an online life coach can be valuable. My work is about witnessing another in their divinity and seeing all of their possibilities for growth and change. It's about helping them take the required steps to move forward. Most of us have already spent way too much of our lives beating ourselves up from past mistakes, so the last thing we need or want is to spend our time rehashing our failures.

My work allows me to live and practice what I believe. I believe in the value of courage; it is a powerful energy — a revitalizing life force that shifts us toward opening. When we are open, the doors of possibilities emerge. Inspiration can flow and touches us to access feelings we've never experienced before. As a result, we can take on new challenges, exploring greater levels of creativity and intimacy. By discovering this intrinsic awareness, we become willing to face our failures and fears and can turn our life experiences into valuable lessons. And, most importantly, we can begin to take action!

I am fortunate to have found my true passion as a life coach and hypnotherapist. I love people, especially guiding others with their personal transformation. From shame, victimhood and fear to acceptance, forgiveness, and connection...now that's a journey! I've learned that once we are able to forgive ourselves, we are automatically changed into being more accepting and loving of others, thus creating a foundation for trust to grow and connection to begin.

Many of us are stuck in our heads, losing out on the rich nuances of life. By reconnecting to our whole self (a holistic approach), body, mind, emotions and spirit, we don't have to accept defeat or live in regret. The seed of our power is held within each choice we make and act on. I love helping to nurture well-informed and sound choices so that each and everyone can bloom in their greatness.
